From Supported Intern to Employee! Fairhive
We're thrilled to celebrate Liam, who has secured employment with Fairhive Homes Limited as an IT Service Desk Assistant after completing his supported internship with Talkback!
Liam's journey is a fantastic example of what can happen when people are given the right support, opportunities and belief to succeed. Through his placement across Fairhive's IT and Finance departments, he developed new skills, grew in confidence and became a valued member of both teams.
His new role is predominantly IT-focused, while also incorporating elements of finance, allowing him to continue building on the skills he developed during his internship.
Liam said:
"The Supported Internship has given me valuable workplace experience and helped me build my confidence. The support I received throughout the internship has been excellent and has helped me develop skills for my future career."
