🌿 Five Weeks of Connection, Calm & Community

Friday marked the final class of our five‑week baby massage course, and what a gorgeous celebration it was. A whole room of mummies and babies coming together to reflect on everything we’ve learnt, from nurturing touch to confidence‑building routines — but also on the friendships, support, and laughter that have grown along the way.

Watching these mums cheer each other on, share stories, swap tips, and find their village has been the heart of this course. The babies have blossomed too, settling into the rhythm of massage, enjoying those moments of closeness, and soaking up the calm.

We wrapped up the course with smiles, cuddles, a bit of Father’s Day crafting and a real sense of community, the kind that stays with you long after the classes end.
Here’s to nurturing touch, new skills, and the beautiful bonds formed between mums and their little ones.

✨ Week 3 Baby Massage — Chest & Arms ✨
Our little ones absolutely shone today as we focused on the chest and arms — such a lovely area for easing tension and supporting breathing.

With all the unpredictable heavy showers lately, today’s class felt like a burst of sunshine: warm smiles, calm babies, and a beautifully cosy atmosphere. And I’m pleased to report there were no surprise showers in class 😂☀️

🌿 Baby Massage – Week One Wrapped

Yesterday we began our brand‑new baby massage course, and what a gorgeous first session it was. A gentle introduction to nurturing touch, learning the essentials so mamas can start their massage journey confidently at home with their little ones.

We had laughter, we had tears, and every emotion in between — all welcome, all held, all completely normal in this season of life. The room felt full of connection already, with babies settling in, mums sharing stories, and friendships beginning to form over a hot cup of tea and a choccy biccy.

I’m so excited to guide this lovely group over the next few weeks as we learn together, grow together, and build the kind of community that reminds us: it truly takes a village.

✨ Final Week of Baby Massage ✨
What a gorgeous final session together. This week we brought everything from the past four weeks into one nurturing, full‑body massage routine for our little ones — a true celebration of connection, confidence and calm.

We sprinkled in some early Easter chocolate (for the grown‑ups!) and explored gentle, yoga‑inspired movements to offer babies more active, playful ways to enjoy their bodies alongside massage.

Such a wonderful group. Thank you, ladies and your beautiful babies — it’s been a joy to share these weeks with you. I hope these moments of massage become a treasured part of your days for years to come 💛
