🚶‍♂️‍➡️New ‘Steps for Support’ walking groups launched across Norfolk and Suffolk 🌿

We are introducing free, inclusive walking groups to support mental health and wellbeing in the community.

‘Steps for Support’ offers relaxed, low-pressure walks where people can:
✅ Boost their mental and physical health
✅ Meet others (or simply enjoy being around people)
✅ Reduce loneliness and build confidence
✅ Spend time in nature

You don’t have to talk — just showing up can make a real difference.

The first walks will take place in Norwich and Ipswich, with plans to expand across Norfolk and Suffolk.

💚 Open to everyone — whether you’re looking for support or want to support others.
