🚨Policy update 🚨

I’ve made a few changes to my cancellation and consultation policies. Please read 👇🏼

As a small business, and one that I run alongside family life, last minute cancellations and missed consultations can have a real impact. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it can be very difficult to fill that space with another client.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans change, and I’ll always take individual circumstances into consideration. These changes are simply to protect my time and make sure appointments are being used by clients who genuinely need them.

Cancellation policy-

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will now incur a 50% charge, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge.

For prepaid packages, you can either pay the applicable cancellation fee or have the session deducted from your package.

Consultation policy-

Consultations will now be £25. This is fully redeemable against your first treatment, so if you decide to go ahead, it simply comes off the cost of your first appointment.

If you decide not to go ahead, or are not suitable for treatment, your £25 will be fully refunded.

All clients still require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before their first treatment to ensure laser is safe and suitable for you.

1 YEAR OF BARE BY BETSY 🧡

Today marks 1 whole year since I opened my doors to my first ever client.

It’s actually mad to think how much has changed in the last 12 months. What started as an idea over a coffee date with my Dad has turned into a business that I’m genuinely so proud of.

I’m fully booked most weeks which is honestly something I never expected when I first started. And when we move house I’ll be moving into a brand new clinic too which I’m SO excited about. Bigger and better things to come.

I’ve learnt A LOT! Met some amazing people, made mistakes along the way but most importantly, helped so many of you feel more confident in your skin. A job I’m so blessed to have.

A massive thank you to everyone who has booked with me, recommended me, shared my posts, left me a review or supported me in any way.

I’m so excited to see where the next year takes me 🥂

✨ Real results after just 4 sessions ✨

The top photo was taken at my clients consultation, before any treatment began.

The bottom photo was taken 7 weeks after her 4th session, without shaving during that time.

The difference speaks for itself:
✔️ Significantly less hair growth
✔️ Finer, softer hairs
✔️ Large areas with little to no regrowth

Everyone’s results vary depending on factors such as hormones, hair type and consistency with appointments, but this is a great example of the progress that can be achieved.

📌 Please note for treatment appointments, all clients must arrive freshly shaven (unless I’ve specifically asked you to leave the hair for an assessment or consultation photo, as shown above). Arriving unshaven may mean your treatment needs to be shortened or rescheduled.
