🥾Whole day Nordic Walking in Hadleigh, Suffolk on Saturday 26th September🥾

🌳Starting a 4 mile walk around Hadleigh, then heading off into the surrounding countryside, before returning by walking alongside the River Brett. 🦆

⛪ After lunch, we will head off on a 3 mile walk around Kersey, a beautiful quaint village, enjoy coffee and cake, and then head back home.🏠

🎨Hi Everyone next week we shall be walking in Dedham, and having refreshments afterwards in the Munnings Tea room Dedham.

🌳Monday and Thursday walks will be just over 4 miles and Friday will be just over 2 miles.

What a beautiful way to start the week! Striding out in the fresh air whilst taking in the views over Alton Water, saying good mooo-ning to the Highland cows, spotting a kestrel waiting to pounce on its breakfast, and potential sightings of a wild boar (which turned out to be a mild-mannered black Labrador!)

We will be doing it all again this Thursday 27th August, so if you would like to join us please message or text Romea on 07932998226. Meeting at Stutton Community Hall Carpark for 9:30 start.

We are continuing to walk in Stutton this week, with a totally new walk, that may bring some Highland Cow encounters!🤠

Both walks on Monday and Thursday are just over 4 miles, with no styles and mostly flat. If you would like to join us, please message me or text on 07932 998226. If you would prefer a taster session first, I have time availabe before and after each walk this week (9:00 or 11:30.)

Back in Stutton this week called us to visit our favourite cake stop after our walk

Sampling blackberries en route and purchasing veggies at Pond Hall Farm stall definitely felt like autumn was too far away. 🍂

We are here all week and next week too, so if you have been meaning to reset your fitness all start enjoying the outside now the heat has turned down, comment RESET and I’ll let you know the best walk for you.
