So many people stay uncomfortable during treatments because they don’t want to be “difficult”.
But massage should never feel like something you just endure politely.
Whether you want silence, extra pillows, lighter pressure, emotional support, more explanation, or simply to feel listened to. You are always welcome to ask.
I want people to leave feeling comfortable, safe and cared for, not worried about speaking up.
Especially if you’re pregnant, postpartum, anxious, overwhelmed, in pain, touched-out, exhausted, or completely new to massage.
You do not have to “just put up with it” here.
What’s one thing that makes a treatment feel truly comfortable for you?
I’m always looking for ways to make my space feel more supportive and personalised.
