I always get a little shimmer of tingly joy rush through me when I walk out to open my side gate and I feel the cold earth beneath my feet and the cool freshness of the tiny puddles. It feels naughty too… I can hear my mum saying put some shoes on or you’ll catch a chill or don’t splash that up your skirt 🙊 Joyful moment of fun and hey the earth’s current rejuvenating me at the same time. Go on… do it… you know you want to… I won’t tell your mum 😂😂

Always start my day with a morning wander around the garden come rain or shine… breathe in the morning air, get morning daylight on eyes to regulate circadian rhythm and notice a moment of stillness in nature… bliss
