Most wellbeing strategies are built on a flawed assumption.

The assumption that you can bolt wellbeing on top of broken foundations and still see results.

Free coffee, gym memberships, mental health apps. They're not bad things, but if someone on your team hasn't been paid correctly, is working chronic overtime, or isn't taking the leave they're owed... none of the above matters.

As our CEO and Co-Founder Pennington puts it: "You can't credibly claim to care about your people if you can't get the basics right."

Last week we spent the day at Inspired Pet Nutrition, one of our customers working in the manufacturing industry, specifically dog nutrition. Our trip was incredibly fun as you can see, it was also a reflection of the great relationship we have with our customers. We have worked with Inspired since 2023 and each year has strengthened our service to them through progression!
