What a beautiful evening we had guiding the Resilience Reset in Kintbury last Saturday evening.

Thank you to the special souls who joined us to experience mindful embodied yoga inspired movement and breath work, Chakra healing using tuning forks and Reiki and gentle meditation to soften the heart, build resilience and waken the body into Summer.

This was the first time that Perin had used tuning fork healing in a group setting and wow was it powerful!

Over herbal teas, organic strawberries and home made Swiss chocolate salted nutty Bark, the feedback was unanimous….I feel so much better, that was incredible, I’m deeply relaxed, I saw colours and felt your hands and heat.

We will be back on Saturday 19th September from 6:30-8:30pm and can’t wait!

The Resilience Reset at Stable Yoga was an absolute delight to co host with beautiful Perin, my Kinesiologist and friend.

We curated a beautiful 2 hour experience of Qi gong movement, tuning fork chakra balancing, Aura cleansing & protection, yoga inspired movement & vagus nerve calming breathwork & a heart healing meditation all infused with Reiki.

We rounded off the evening with delicious homemade treats and organic strawberries and Pukka teas.

Thank you so much to the beautiful souls who joined us on such a balmy May evening. Thank you, as always, to Lucy at Stable Yoga 🧘‍♀️ for her hospitality and use of her blissful studio.

April’s NewMoon Circle for Soulful women at Poppies in Windsor was a warm & fuzzy evening of new moon wisdom, Earth song singing, meditation & journaling & painting stones with our intentions for this powerful new moon energy.
Here are the questions we reflected on;

1. Where am I being called to begin, and what am I afraid might happen if I do?
2. What would I choose if I trusted my inner voice more than my fear?
3. What small, real-world action can I take to honour what is beginning within me?

Our closing blessing;

May you trust the fire within you.
May you honour the truth that is rising.
May you take the first step,
Even if your voice trembles.
You are held.
You are guided.
You are ready in ways you may not yet fully see.

April was a month of goodness and joy ❤️

A beautiful collaboration Spring themed Renew and Rise retreat me day was filled with gentle mindful movement, Qi gong, nutrition advice, meditation, breathwork and soothing crystal bowl sound a the quirky Wnchwnted Glade The Bisley Yurt.

We provided a delicious home made nutritious lunch & healthy snacks for the wise women who felt the call to join Tranquil Mindfulness Clare North Ritchie & Sound and Somatics.

Serving women to shine brightly, sparkle every day & live vital & vibrant lives is my passion & soul mission.

Creating memories, healing wounds

It’s my school hols & yesterday I travelled by train to Cumbria to stay with my Dad & his wife for a few days.

I haven’t seen them since October & last time I travelled with .is.me for company in the car.

As we were chatting earlier & he opened his mobile phone case to read a text message from a friend, I noticed the top of a small photo sticking out of one of the card pockets. It sort of looked familiar and I asked what photos he had in there.

When he removed it to hand to me, a huge smile came across my face.

My step mum said that he’s had the photo in his phone case for years.

I’m in my 60th year of life and my father is carrying a photo of 9 year old me around with him.
Everywhere he goes.

The relationship with my dad has not always been good. Or easy.
I have spent many years hurt and feeling abandoned by him if the truth be told.

My heart is warm & healing & despite our differences & disagreements over the years, I now know that his love for me has been constant.

A small photo of 9 year old me has brought me much needed peace.
