Divine Creator, Source of all love and healing,

I ask that Your healing light surrounds me now and flows through every part of my mind, body and spirit.

Archangel Michael, please stand beside me. Wrap me in your protective blue light. Cut away all fear, worry, negativity and anything that no longer serves my highest good. Help me feel safe, strong and supported.

Archangel Raphael, angel of healing, place your emerald green light around me. Bring healing to every cell, every organ, every emotion and every thought. Restore balance, strength and wellbeing where it is needed most.

Archangel Gabriel, fill me with peace, hope and clarity. Help me hear the guidance of my soul and trust the path ahead.

Archangel Uriel, shine your golden light upon me. Bring wisdom, comfort and understanding. Help me find calm within any challenge I may be facing.

Archangel Chamuel, open my heart to love, compassion and forgiveness. Heal old hurts and help me feel connected to the love that surrounds me.

Inducing an Alpha State of consciousness .

Many people find that their intuition feels strongest first thing in the morning, when they are still relaxed and not fully awake. However, you don’t have to wait until morning to access that calm, receptive state. With a little practice, you can gently shift into an alpha state whenever you choose.

Step 1

Find somewhere comfortable where you won’t be disturbed.

Close your eyes and allow your body to relax.

Take a few slow, deep breaths and let any tension melt away from your shoulders, jaw, and body.

Allow yourself to become calm, centred, and present.

Step 2

Place the tip of your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth, just behind your top front teeth.

Hold it there comfortably while continuing to breathe slowly and naturally.

As you relax, notice your mind becoming quieter and your awareness becoming more focused.

Many people find this simple technique helps them enter a deeper state of relaxation, making it easier to meditate, connect with their intuition, practise healing, develop psychic awareness, or simply find a moment of inner peace.

Stay in this relaxed state for as long as feels right for you.

Reflection

The alpha state is often described as the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. It is a peaceful state where intuition, creativity, and inner guidance can be more easily accessed.

The more often you practise, the easier it becomes to enter this state and trust the insights that arise.

Inducing an Alpha State of consciousness .

Many people find that their intuition feels strongest first thing in the morning, when they are still relaxed and not fully awake. Grounding Exercise

Grounding helps bring you back into the present moment. It can calm a busy mind, settle emotions, and help you feel more balanced and connected.

When you first try this exercise, it may take a little time to relax into it, but with practice it becomes quicker and more natural.
You can hold a black tourmaline or smoky quartz to help you .

Start by doing it sitting down. Once you feel comfortable, you can also do it standing or even while walking in nature.

Step 1

Sit comfortably with both feet resting on the floor. If your feet do not quite reach the ground, place a cushion beneath them. If this isn’t possible, simply imagine your feet connecting firmly with the earth.

Step 2

Take three slow, deep breaths.

As you breathe in, imagine drawing in calm and peace.
As you breathe out, allow any tension, worry, or stress to gently leave your body.

Then allow your breathing to return to a natural rhythm.

Step 3

Close your eyes and imagine beautiful roots growing from the soles of your feet.

See these roots travelling deep into the earth, moving through the soil and rock, reaching down towards the heart of the planet.

With every breath, the roots become stronger and more secure, anchoring you safely to the earth’s steady and supportive energy.

Step 4

Now imagine a warm, glowing light rising up through those roots. Feel this loving earth energy flowing into your feet, travelling up through your legs and filling your entire body.

Allow this light to spread through every part of you, bringing balance, strength, calm, and stability.

Stay with this feeling for a few moments, enjoying the sense of being grounded, supported, and connected.
