While I welcome higher industry safety standards, I want to address some recent mainstream claims, in particular ITVs segment, suggesting that smaller independent salons are less safe or knowledgeable than large chains/brands, and that we are in the back decanting products.
That narrative could NOT be further from the truth. Big brand status does not automatically guarantee safety or hygiene—dedication to your craft does.
