Day one in the studio of my Spiritual Group Sound Healing course. ✨
It was a pleasure to spend time with the lovely Kelly in the studio. We worked our way through the workbook, then Kelly spent some time connecting with the instruments this afternoon.

Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow!

Kelly will experience a drumming journey from me. 🥁
She will then utilise all that she has learnt from the 2 days, and hold a 20 minute Sound Bath for me, in preparation for her assessment at the weekend.

A magical day today in the cabin 💫

I loved holding space for a Reiki infused sound bath for Jo, Dawn and Carly. I also love being able to share my one-to-one knowledge and experiences with students who are so passionate about sound, and want to share the healing benefits of Sound Frequencies with others.

We had a really interesting session on Mediumship, something I’ve always been fascinated by, even more so after my experience today. ✨

The energy today was so supportive and loving 🫶

Our last little family trip away this summer didn’t go entirely to plan. My daughter came down with a nasty sick bug shortly after arriving, which has completely wiped her out. She missed out on lots of activities and wasn’t able to visit this amazing coastline 😭

I was grateful to be able to get down there to look at some really cool rocks and admire and enjoy the moment with my son.

🦕 Jurassic Coast line ~ we will be back one day! 🫶

I started this book a while ago, but never had enough time to get stuck into it.
Really enjoying having some time to read, time to appreciate the things that we all take for granted when life is busy, living by the clock all the time.

Enjoying my NOW and soaking up some fresh sea air.
