I’ve had a little garden makeover going on over the last few weeks, and I’m so grateful at how it’s turned out! Still a few things to finish off, but I feel like its really completed my vision for the studio. 💚

Holding group Sound Baths is about so much more than simply buying a few musical instruments and playing them to a group of people lying down. True Sound Healing is about learning how sound frequencies can impact the whole body, the nervous system, and our emotions. It’s understanding how sound can move and clear energy, trigger emotions, or bring up stored trauma that is ready to be healed.

It’s also about having the knowledge to answer questions and respond appropriately to any experiences your clients may have during or after a Sound Bath.

A Sound Bath should be a space where people can feel safely held through sound.

It was a room filled with lovely energy. An hour to pause, to be still and receive the benefits of Sound Healing Frequencies.
A great way to start your weekend, feeling relaxed and grounded. 🙌

Today I had a lovely lady come in for a Reiki and Sound session ✨

Afterwards, we ended up having such a beautiful conversation about energy, Reiki, and the gentle ways messages come to us through books, music, or that quiet inner knowing we all carry within.

She shared the most wonderful feedback about her experience during the session, it’s moments like this that really remind me why I love what I do. As special as the sessions are, it’s also about the connections that are made, the shared passion for healing, and the genuine gratitude we both felt.

This work continues to teach me so much about myself. It quietly reminds me of my strengths and shows me what a privilege it is to hold space for others—to allow them to rest, reset, and receive exactly what they need in that moment 💫
