They’ll take you to our new member area where you can sit down, relax and fill in a quick form.

✨ Your New Member Talk:
Then you’ll have a friendly chat with me so I can explain how everything works and help you feel settled before group starts.

✨ Image Therapy Session:
You’ll join the group for our Image Therapy session the part where we share ideas, support and inspiration together.

✨ Your First Weigh‑In:
After group, you’ll have your weigh‑in in a completely confidential space.

✨ Setting Your Personal Target:
We’ll finish by helping you set a personal target that feels right for you no pressure, no judgement.

The devil is in the detail… 🔥

Weekend planning isn’t just writing “jacket potato” or “pasta” and hoping it all works out.
Food Optimising really clicks when you know the whole meal the toppings, the sides, the swaps, the snacks.

And the best bit?
It takes 20 minutes to sit down and map out a full week.
Twenty minutes that can completely change how your week goes.

Because when life gets busy (and it will), the detail is what keeps you on track.

Think:
• What’s on it? — beans, tuna, cottage cheese, chilli, leftover bolognese
• What’s with it? — salad, veg, speedy sides
• What else you need? — so you’re not scrambling when hunger hits

And it’s not just one day it’s having 7 full days of ideas ready to go.
