As 2026 quietly opens its door, I want to pause and offer my deepest thanks to each of you who walked alongside MindstuffUK this past year.
To everyone who joined mindfulness courses, forest bathing walks, lakeside meditations, winter gatherings, retreats, and moments of stillness in nature — thank you for showing up with open hearts, curiosity, courage, and presence. You brought the practice to life. You reminded me, again and again, that mindfulness is not something we do alone, but something we grow together 🌿
To those who entrusted me with your stories in the counselling space — thank you for your bravery, honesty, and willingness to sit with what is tender, complex, and real. It has been an honour to witness your strength, your healing, and your becoming. I never take that trust lightly.
And to everyone who supported, shared, encouraged, recommended, listened, or quietly believed in this work — thank you. Your support is the soil that allows this work to continue to root, breathe, and expand.
As we step into 2026, may it be a year of gentleness. May you move at a pace that honours your nervous system. May you find moments of rest, connection, and meaning. May you remember that you are already enough — just as you are.
