Started my Saturday setting the tone ✨
Crystal grid down for the new moon, calling in abundance (because you’ve got to be in it to win it right? 😉)

💙When your throat chakra is out of balance, it usually shows up around communication, truth and self-expression, either you're holding back or saying things in a way that feels off.

💙An underactive or blocked throat chakra will show through quietness, being withdrawn, bottling everything up and a fear of confrontation.

💙Whilst, an overactive throat chakra could be shown as talking too much or dominating conversations, blunt, reactive communication style, saying things you later regret.
