* 🌑 Maximum: around 7:13pm
* 🌒 Eclipse ends: around 8:06pm

At maximum, around 90% of the Sun will be covered in the London/southeast England area.

So 7:13pm is the time to aim for if you want to experience the peak. ❤️

Today marks the Lion’s Gate Portal , a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect and think about what we truly want to create in our lives.

The energy of 8 is often associated with abundance, strength, balance and new beginnings. 🌟

So today, take a little time for YOU.

✨ Release what is no longer serving you
✨ Let go of old fears and limiting beliefs
✨ Be grateful for how far you’ve come
✨ Set intentions for what you want to attract
✨ Believe that you are worthy of the life you desire

Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and visualise yourself already living the life you want.

Write down 8 things you are grateful for and 8 things you would love to manifest. 📝✨

Remember manifestation isn’t just about wishing. It’s about getting clear on what you want and taking aligned action towards it.

Last night I had my first private yoga session, lead by my lovely sister in law Loraine and I absolutely loved it. 🧘‍♀️💜 Loraine is so patiently encouraging 💕

Every time I step onto the mat, I notice a difference. Poses that once felt impossible are becoming easier, my confidence is growing, and I’m learning to appreciate what my body is capable of rather than focusing on what it can’t do.

This year has been about making healthier choices, and I can honestly say I feel healthier than I have in years. Between yoga, looking after myself, and making positive lifestyle changes, I’m stronger both physically and mentally.

It’s a great reminder that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up, being consistent, and celebrating the small wins along the way.

Here’s to continuing the journey, one breath, one stretch, and one step at a time. 💜✨

After yoga 🧘 I had my favourite drink and went to bed. Slept like a log 💫✨💕

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our Wellness Fair today! 💜✨

A heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing stall holders for bringing such a wonderful range of products, therapies and positive energy. It was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the day.

From Reiki and massage to reflexology, sound healing, and beautiful wellness products, there were so many opportunities to relax, recharge and discover something new.

Thank you to everyone who visited, supported the event and helped make it such a great success. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and hear such lovely feedback.
