Life Changing – “Never too old to Change”

6 months ago, I recognised the need to make life changing decisions to improve my overall health and wellbeing.

My son recommended his Personal Trainer (Graeme Henderson of GBH Training) in which he had lost almost 5 stone.

I thought that being in my 60’s I would be past my sell-by date and resigned to the fact that my health will continue to deteriorate as I am simply getting older.

Working with Graeme has changed my life.
On commencement we worked together to agree a realistic and relevant diet and exercise plan that would best suit my health conditions and my target aims for improvement.
My journey has been very much a partnership and since commencing, I have lost over 2.5 stone and counting, and as a result my recent health checks have proved positive.

· Diabetes type 2 - reversed
· High Blood pressure – now consistently in normal health range.
·
High Cholesterol - now within healthy range
·
Ferritin Levels – now within normal range and lowest recorded in 20 years
·
Liver ATL reading in normal range.

I have lost 5 inches rounds my chest, 6 inches round my waist and my everyday confidence, mobility and flexibility has improved giving me a positive outlook for the future and a greater zest for life.
