We thought it was time to get to know Jemima a little betterā”ļø
As the newest member of the True Body Clinic team, youāve already heard about her Sports Therapy background and her plans to continue her studies with an MSc in Physiotherapy next year⦠but thereās more to Jemima than her clinical experience.
Outside of the clinic, Jemima is a keen netball player.
Having played throughout university, staying active has always been an important part of her life.
Her own experience of sport has also given her an understanding of how frustrating it can be when pain or injury gets in the way of doing the things you enjoy.
Itās one of the reasons sheās so passionate about helping people return to the activities that matter to them.
When sheās not working with clients, Jemima enjoys spending time with her dogs, catching up with family and friends, and getting outside whenever she can.
And if thereās a beach involved, even better!
A good reminder that wellbeing isnāt just about what happens in the treatment room, itās about having the freedom to enjoy life outside of it too.
Jemima has always been interested in how the body moves and what we can do to support it to perform, recover and stay healthy.
That interest led her to study Sports Therapy at the University of Lincoln, and sheās now continuing that journey by starting an MSc in Physiotherapy next year.
Her goal is simple: to help people understand their bodies and feel more confident in their movement.
Jemima is now taking bookings for Sports Massage at True Body Clinic.
As an introductory offer, sheās currently offering Ā£20 off Sports Massage appointments booked before 31st August.
Whether youāre dealing with training-related muscle tension, everyday aches and pains, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for some time to switch off and recover, this is a great opportunity to try a session with Jemima.
