Thank you so much to everyone who managed to join me on Friday for the first ever "Clarity and Connection" events.
It was a privilege and a joy to meet you all, share stories and struggles, and work together to provide each other tips, suggestions and ideas for navigating the most difficult aspects of life with these frustrating and unpredictable bodies and minds.
Events like these remind me why I do what I do and the power of community in healing and living well.
If you couldn't make it don't worry, I am planning to make these a regular thing, so stay tuned...
