"Fear is only as deep as the mind allows."

Fear is the mind’s built-in alarm system. A protection mechanism meant to keep us safe. But in today’s world, that mechanism often runs on overtime and can get stuck on autopilot triggered by a constant stream of dramatic headlines.

We are not built to be on high alert 24/7. And we're certainly not meant to feel responsible for the whole world's problems. Dealing with our own lives is quite ample.

Fear can also run the show if past experiences tell us it's needed, or if we carry deep rooted subconscious beliefs that were formed at an early age.

Rapid Transformational Therapy can address those powerful neural pathways that are keeping you stuck in fear by accessing the subconscious mind and rewiring the unnecessary fear that's holding you captive. But you can always take steps to break free from the invisible cage yourself.

You can start by catching your thoughts. Question every fearful thought. Ask is it actually true. Is it needed. Is it helping.

If not, then you can tell yourself a different story.

Because fear is only as deep as the story we tell ourselves.

When we rewrite the story, fear transforms from a chain into a compass, guiding us toward freedom.

“Everything you want is on the other side of fear.”

I'm still here, in the background, navigating through a new energy in life. A new season.

I see life in 'seasons'.

This season is weird.
This season is unexpected.
This season is challenging me in multiple ways.

I'm just working through it. Finding which paths I want to take. Taking time until it resonates. Not forcing it. Not clinging. Not resisting.

Deciding what twists and turns I want to make in my personal life. And deciding how I want to show up online: if at all. 🤔

The world today is something that few of us are comfortable with. And one theme has been showing up in my groups, conversations with clients, and in social chit chats.

Fear.

We are consumed by it.

It may feel justified but...
It's making us search for safety.
It's shifting us into a constant state of fight or flight.
It's keeping us stuck.
It's holding us back from fulfilling dreams. Or even creating them.
It's activating old coping mechanisms.
It's creating new ones.
It's draining our hope, joy and love for life.

But what's on the other side of fear?
And how do we get there?
Especially in current times.

As a woman, a single woman, a mum, a stress therapist, and someone who has previously come through a prolonged period of fear.... I have some thoughts.

To be continued....🤔

Well, I'm surprised, and I'm not. 🤣

As I make an intentional shift to living in a more connected and impactful way with my local community and nature itself, I'm a little surprised.

The purpose was twofold, firstly to strengthen community links with actual humans who weren't just in my screen, and secondly to build a more sustainable life that doesn't fully rely on 'the systems'. The world feels heavy, confusing, and isolating, so I believe it's time for a shift to keep anxiety levels down, rediscover the power we actually have (but have forgotten about) and be able to create a life we don’t want to escape from.

I've always been passionate about these things but distraction guided me down a different path, filled with fear and despair.

I'm thankful for it, because the Law of Opposites serves as a continuous course correction device. When we know what we DON'T want, we take action to create the experience that we DO want.

I'm discovering so much joy in the smallest of things, and despite initially disregarding this as insignificant in the grand scheme of world events right now, I remembered that it's the cumulative effect of the small things that really matter.

It's all about perspective.

It's a mindset shift.

I found it quite amusing how excited I was to receive my new infuser teapot and make my own lemon balm beverage. 🌱 And how pleased I was to add a handful of homegrown microgreens to my scrambled eggs. 🤷 Who knows what tomorrow will bring! 🤣

Every big change starts with small steps. ✨️

Nipping an anxious moment in the bud can be easier and quicker than you think. Once you recognise things are spiralling, simply choose to focus on something nearby. I nearly always choose nature. It reminds me of the beauty and wonder that's all around us, that we often forget about. Watch what's happening. Smell any scents. Listen to how nature shows up. Feel your breath slowing down and notice your racing thoughts being redirected. Be present with that butterfly, or flower, or cloud. Entering the world of nature for a while eases the stress chemicals we create through catastophising our thoughts of current situations or future possibilities. So, next time your thoughts are running wild and your stomach is in knots, watch a bird go about his day, listen to the trees, or be curious about where that caterpillar is going. Keep that connection until you are more relaxed and feel ready to step back into your world again. 🥰

In these 'weird' times, there's plenty of talk of what’s wrong, of fear, of unfairness, but there's not much talk about what we can do to ease concerns and make a difference.

I've made the decision I want to help with this.

At least try.

I want to redirect the energy that is used for anger and worry, towards perspective shifts, practical action, and experiencing joy again!

This decision has come from months of diving down rabbit holes, stripping off layers of truths, drowning out the noise of the world and tapping back into human potential.

There are two ways I would like offer support moving forward.

1. Organise a range of donation-based workshops to help with our individual physical and mental health. These will be based on the core principles of my work regarding changing habits/beliefs, easing physical anxiety, scientifically activating our intuition for guidance, and daily coping strategies to build resilience during difficult times.

2. Provide a supportive online & in-person community of local people to help with the practicalities in the current situation. Think...sharing food growing tips, swapping skills, bartering/trading goods, recommend local services, increase self-sufficiency & sustainability. Feel supported!

Sitting in fear will not change anything. The chemicals of fear will only create chronic illness, and the repetitive anxious thoughts will only cause a decline in mental health.

The world may feel heavy, but we still have personal choice of how we show up for ourselves each day. We are individually powerful, and more so as a community. But the noise and fear has made us forget this.

We need clarity, strength, resilience and fearlessness through individual choices and a connected community.

So, if this sounds like something you're ready for, comment 1, 2, or both and I'll send you some info shortly.

If you're not interested, then feel free to scroll on by and know that my regular services of RTT, Hypnotherapy, and stress-busting workshops are still available.

So, comment 1, 2, or both if you're ready to feel better in the current chaotic confusion... because clarity is still available, it just needs bringing to light again.✨

One word. It only took one word.

I took a slow, gentle walk along the coast as the sun was rising. My mind was racing with thoughts, my body was resisting the effort, and I recognised the thin layer of anxiety trying to sneak in.

As I'm always saying, awareness is the first step.

It was then I decided to shift my early morning walk experience. After all, my intention was to start the day off feeling good! So I needed to pivot or this would be a wasted opportunity.

I slowed down my breathing to calm the stress chemicals flowing in my body, I shifted my focus to observe the natural world around me to prevent the monkey mind taking over, and I chose to engage with everyone who walked by.

I looked them in the eye, smiled, and said 'morning'!

After three or four people, I started to feel more relaxed. After a few more I actually started to feel happy. Hopeful. Connected. At peace.

By saying 'morning' to each other, we were sharing that experience. Watching the birds, hearing the dogs play, and feeling the gentle breeze on our faces.

For a brief moment we weren't connected to the stress of the world. Instead, we were in our own moment in time, in our own corner of the globe, and enjoying it.

And THAT'S what we should be focusing on most of the time. Our own little bubble, but it's easy to forget or be pulled away from it.

It took one word to bring me back. 💙

In a world that feels suffocating and restrictive, did you know that there's an organ in your body that actually has the ability to cut through the noise of the world to set you free from the mental chains and propel you forward with purpose?

Imagine that.

No longer weighed down.
No longer stuck in freeze mode.
No longer drowning in procrastination.
No longer lost, desperate and sad with fear.

That organ isn't your brain.

It’s your heart.

Your heart isn't just for pumping blood round your body. The recognition of its ability to provide intuitive intelligence has been lost over the years and therefore its phenomenal power has become redundant.

But it's there, waiting to be awakened.

And I want to guide you to do just that on Sunday 26th April.

For a small, intimate group of women, I'll be showing you how to tap into your heart's intelligence by activating the secret bundle of neural cells. Using this power will help you nurture plans moving forward in this noisy world. You'll be guided by your own heart's 'mini brain' to create a current intention which will take form through natural beeswax modelling and an intention board.

Sound different?

Good. 😉👌

This means you will not only learn a life-changing technique, but you'll leave with tangible creations as a reminder of the incredible power that's been lying dormant within your heart, and a clear vision of your next steps.

Space is very limited so please get in touch if you're interested.

This is part of my new Community Series and is therefore donation-based. Recommend donation is £20 but pay what you can. 😊

The answers are within you.

Are you ready to let them out?

Whether it's world shenanigans, your job, family pressures, or a mixture of a lot of different things causing you stress, your REACTION is rooted in deep programming that you aren't even aware of! Crazy, eh!

But it doesn't have to take years of counselling and talking therapy to deal with all the layers of the onion. In fact, most of the time you never get to the bottom of it.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is MASSIVELY different. It bypasses the conscious mind used to talk and talk and talk in counselling, and cuts straight to the subconscious mind where all your programming is stored. There, the origin and anchor of your problem can be identified, and then most importantly, reprogrammed so you're no longer struggling.

A lot of women come to me with chronic illness and this is often the end result of something emotionally deeper showing up physically. Can RTT resolve this? Absolutely. I've personally healed from multiple ailments and came off lifelong medication.

But you don't NEED to find WHY the chronic illness showed up to be able to reverse it. It certainly helps, but it's not essential.

Instead, you can use a powerful technique called Cell Command Therapy. You can start addressing physical symptoms by simply listening to a hypnosis audio every day.

I've recreated the exact same technique I used to begin healing my body. You can grab your own copy and start straight away.

Are there any other audios that you'd like to see available? With the increase in pressure and fear due to world events, would some preventative techniques help, so you can remain calm, therefore reducing the risk of ill-health developing? Let me know if there's a particular issue you'd like help with.
