BOOM 💥 -3lb in just 2 days!!

I weighed in Saturday morning… stepped on again this morning (Monday) and there it was 👇🏻
✨ -3lb gone ✨

REAL results when you stay focused, trust the process and actually do the plan.

And do you know what’s made the biggest difference?
👉 Getting myself back to my own group as a MEMBER this morning.

Life gets busy, priorities slip… but I’ve drawn a line and Mondays are now non-negotiable ME time. Because if I don’t prioritise me, nothing else works the way it should.

Quick, simple, and saving both time and money 🙌🏻

My take on a “pot noodle”… but made the Slimming World way 👇🏻

Egg noodles, leftover chicken, aromatic stock, grated carrot, peas, and mushrooms – all popped into a bowl, covered with water, and into the microwave for just 3 minutes ⏱️

Finished with fresh shredded spinach stirred through, then topped with coriander and spring onion 🌿

That’s it. No faffing. No expensive grab-and-go lunches. Just a healthy, hearty, filling meal made in minutes using what you already have at home 💡

Perfect for busy days when you need something warm, satisfying, and on plan ✔️
