Pregnancy is such a strange and beautiful season.
One minute you're feeling excited and planning for what's to come, the next you're wondering if anyone else feels quite as tired, emotional, uncomfortable or overwhelmed as you do.
That's one of the reasons I love Pregnancy Yoga so much.
It's not just about stretching and movement.
It's about taking time out of your week to slow down and connect with yourself and your baby.
To breathe.
To ease some of those pregnancy aches and pains.
To prepare your body and mind for birth.
And to spend time with other mums-to-be who are on the same journey.
For an hour, there's nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to do.
Just breathe, move and enjoy this chapter before everything changes. đ
Pregnancy can feel long some days, but it really is such a short season in the grand scheme of things.
If you have been to one of my pregnancy classes and know someone pregnant send this as a little reminder to them that taking time to connect is golden â¤ď¸
