Vaccine day tomorrow morning for me, so it will need to be a quick breakfast that will sustain me till late lunch.. The antioxidant smoothie is only 4g fat but 29g Protein, plus that antioxidant boost from the blueberries will give me back what I will loose in the stress.. 😂

🍐 Pear And Cottage Cheese Omelette 🍐.
Brunch is back!!! If you’re like me and get up super early to work you will be peckish for brunch before it’s time to for lunch.. I can never really deal with my super savoury cold prep at noon 🕛 but I can totally deal with an omelette or frittata.. this one was exceptional! Full of protein, good fruity carbs and yummy vitamin C with fibre to sustain you until you make tea with your Prosecco later..🥂- It’s Friday after all!!
Serves 2
4 eggs
1 chopped shallot
1 pear 🍐
40g collagen peptide (optional)
50g cottage cheese

The cocoa flavanols in dark chocolate contribute to most of its benefits. These flavanols have antioxidant effects that promote heart health, help fight cancer, and even boost brain function. Dark chocolate might also aid weight loss. (I’m not even winding you up today.) the best thing for me is that it gives me that rush that caffeine gives some people.. but I get it from dark chocolate.. the higher in cocoa % the better the buzz 🐝. And when it’s melted on banana oats the bitterness is gone! Pooof!

🥬Cauliflower and Mushroom breakfast bars 🍄 - I know you’re like ‘get out of town lisa! You’ve gone too far.. well I disagree.. made with egg, shallot, cauliflower and mushroom, these yummy breakfast frittata muffins are super low fat, low carb, high protein filling little breakfast blighters! I eat mine with a little dollop of 0% fat natural yogurt and a squished of lemon juice..
Also - how good are silicone moulds!?!?!
