HAPPY LITTLE OYSTER | SAD LITTLE OYSTER
Hey 👋🏻 hope you’ve had a great weekend? Anyone else been a *bit* cold today!? 😂
So… for anyone who read my post last weekend… I DID IT!! 😀
It’s taken 2 to 3 afternoons of being half present with the kids… our 4 year old has painted with me (including covering herself head to toe in my acrylic paints 😑), I had to stop to breastfeed several times and prevent our 10 month old from eating various garden items (including a dead bee 🐝 😑😑) etc. BUT… I actually managed to carve out the time to finish my painting 🙌🏻💪🏻 AND several versions.
After several suggestions, I have decided this is officially an oyster 😂🦪
The faces were planned in my head from the beginning… a good addition or not? I’m personally pleased with how they’ve turned out, I hope you like them too 😀💕
Next step will be the editing ready for printing. I’ve taken a ‘billion’ photographs at every stage, the oyster pre face, the sad oyster, the oyster with no mouth (erased ready for the smile to be added) and the happy oyster. I planned to have happy and sad available for sale but now I’m wondering if I need to make the blank one and the no mouth one? Is 4 versions too many? Still deciding 🤔
