A coaching facility like no other 🔑

September is looking 🔥

It’s another productive month ahead, we walk the talk and are always looking to grow just like our clients.

Another 2 coaching sessions have now been added to our coaching schedule for all members. 😍

We now have over 25 hours of coaching sessions available for all 🚀

16 new members embark on their journey with us this month, we are pumped to make this their strongest quarter of 2023 👊🏼

We have more new kit arriving allowing us to stay true to our coaching model. All will be revealed 👀

I know you are tired 💤

Equally I understand it can be very overwhelming being a parent

Spinning plates comes to mind

Energy can feel like it’s on the floor

Patience feels non existence

You aren’t far from burn out

I need to stress it doesn’t have to be like this

I can’t help but feel like it’s our duty as parents to look after ourselves in order to care for our loved ones.

Would you agree?

I am very grateful to my parents as I remember them having energy for me.

Whether it was playing swing-ball with me 🎾

Coaching me in the garden ⚽️

Playing hide and seek 👀

Having the energy to take me all over the country to play 60-90 mins of which ever hobby it was at the time 🚗

They made time to cook me a home made dinner 🍽️

Now this post isn’t to call you out, as beleive me I’m muddling my way through parenting just like the next person.

Learning along the way, making mistake.

But the one thing all of my clients stress following levelling uk their health and standards is how their home life changes.

I spoke with a client a few days back

‘I don’t want to jump on the scales’

I’m guessing most of you opted for the sensible option.

I was thinking about the difference between how we treat ourselves compared to our furry friends.

- We tend to be self critical on ourselves, we don’t hate on our dogs for putting on weight, like we do ourselves
- We use common sense approaches to support our pets
- We trust our dogs will lose the weight with controlled action. We don’t doubt the process

What is the cost of not taking charge of my health today?
