Personalised programmes to help you find energy and balance

I support busy, exhausted, stressed individuals, who are struggling with niggling health concerns, get to the bottom of what the root cause of their problem is and develop a personalised plan to overcome them and feel more energised. I believe each person is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all, so my approach is based on understanding YOU and what is driving your symptoms so that together we

can bring you back into balance, optimising your health and wellbeing for now and for the future. My nutrition and lifestyle plans are evidence-based and personalised to your specific requirements to achieve real progress. I pride myself on offering an empathetic and supportive environment to unpick your health concerns and empower you to make life-long changes that are realistic and achievable. I also offer workplace wellness programmes, supporting businesses by providing nutrition and lifestyle advice to their workforce through lunch and learn programmes, seminars and in-house nutrition clinics.

Let me de-influence you for a second - because being well shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job.

I work with women who are functioning but failing. Still delivering at work. Still holding it all together. But quietly losing themselves everywhere else - and convinced that if they just found the right routine, the right supplement, the right 5am protocol, they’d feel like themselves again.

Here’s what I know: you don’t need more willpower. You need to understand your biology. The blood test shows what’s happening. Your DNA shows why it keeps happening. Together they’re not a snapshot - they’re a complete picture, and a plan you can actually sustain.

The moment you stop trying to fix yourself and start trying to understand yourself - that’s the unravelling point. It’s not a breakdown. It’s the beginning.

If you’ve been dismissed, exhausted, and quietly wondering “what’s happening to me?” - you’re not imagining it, and you’re not broken. Save this one, then DM me CLARITY when you’re ready for answers 📩

This week’s food shop was all about meals that actually do something. I’m all about simple, balanced meals that are nutrient dense so I know I’m resourcing my body for my busy life….

Energy that lasts. A gut that feels settled. Hormones that aren’t working against you. And enough variety that eating well doesn’t feel like a chore.

Here’s what made it into the basket - and why:

Salmon poke bowls with broccoli and pickled cucumber - omega 3s for inflammation, fermented veg for the gut microbiome

Fresh juices - greens or beetroot, apple and ginger - liver support, antioxidants, a genuinely easy way to get more in

Roast chicken with Med roasted veg, butter beans and salsa verde - complete protein, fibre, healthy fats, all in one pan

Tuna niçoise with asparagus - another omega 3 hit plus asparagus is brilliant for oestrogen clearance

High protein yoghurt bowls - blood sugar stability, gut-friendly bacteria, keeps cravings quiet

Seabass with fennel, capers and cherry tomatoes - light, anti-inflammatory, genuinely one of my favourites

Herby scrambled eggs on toasted rye with avo and rocket - slow-release energy, healthy fats, the breakfast that keeps you going

Medjool dates with almond butter and dark chocolate - because balanced eating includes something that feels indulgent without the crash

This is what eating for energy actually looks like. Not perfect. Not complicated. Just intentional.

You’re sleeping. But you’re still exhausted.

And you’ve probably tried going to bed earlier, cutting back on caffeine, getting more steps in.

Still tired.

That’s because sleep isn’t the problem. It’s the symptom.

Most high-performing women aren’t struggling because they’re not trying hard enough.

They’re struggling because their body is running in survival mode - and nobody has ever connected the dots for them.

What you eat, how you live, and how you’re wired all feed directly into your stress load. That stress load shows up as symptoms. Those symptoms erode your performance, your clarity, your resilience.

It’s not a motivation problem. It’s a biology problem.

I’m a nutritionist.

And for years, I told myself I was just tired because I was busy.

Two businesses. Young kids. A lot on my plate. Of course I was tired.

Except it wasn’t that kind of tired.

It was the kind where you sleep 8 hours and wake up exhausted. Where your brain feels like it’s buffering. Where you push through the afternoon on caffeine and willpower and tell yourself you’ll rest at the weekend.

The weekend comes. You don’t feel better.

That’s not a busy life problem. That’s a depletion problem. And it took me longer than I’d like to admit to see the difference.

Swipe through for the 5 things I stopped doing - and what changed when I did 👉🏻

Most high-achieving women don’t burn out because they’re weak.

They burn out because they became exceptional at abandoning themselves - and nobody ever told them that had a physiological cost.

The 3am waking. The fog. The exhaustion that a full night’s sleep doesn’t fix. The sense that you’re running on empty but you can’t even explain why.

That’s not you falling apart.

That’s your body collecting a debt that’s been building for years.

And it starts to change when you stop asking “what’s wrong with me?” - and start asking better questions.

If this landed, save it 📩

And follow if you’re done being told to rest more and meditate - and ready to understand what’s actually going on in your body ❤️

Six things I’ll never stop saying, no matter how many times I repeat them.

Because these are the beliefs that sit underneath everything I do with clients. The reframes that tend to change things.
