Boogie's teaching method is an evolution of many years of study, intuitive practice and feedback from students. Her classes are quiet, direct, with a gentle spirit. She presents the morning yoga posture classes in the tradition of hatha, breath-based for a fully embodied experience. In the evenings the form is slow and floor-based to release deep tension held in connective tissue (tension from trauma, stored in tight fascia tissue, can be released in this way). Her aim is to guide your mind to rediscover effortlessly its natural connection to inner peace.

Kaliyoga | Yoga & Wellness Retreats in Spain offer yoga classes that focus on self-enquiry suitable for all levels, delicious vegetarian cuisine and the opportunity to self-nurture with therapeutic treatments and guided walks. Rest deeply in the company of like-minded souls and enjoy a homely and relaxed atmosphere. Your base is a five-acre farmhouse estate, surrounded by cultivated hills and valleys, white hilltop villages and panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains.

QUEEN OF RETREATS SAYS:
‘The gentle yoga here is accessible and fun yet retains a sense of spirituality. Bring your trainers for solo walks or runs, and a shawl or jumper for chilly evenings. Digital devices may be used with discretion, or you could just switch off.'

'Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better' ALBERT EINSTEIN

With modern life taking its toll on our mental and physical health, the antidote is immersion in nature. In the countryside the only deadline is the natural rhythm of light and dark. It's free of charge, there's fresh air and it gets us fit. Time in green space is a win-win situation for anyone battling overwhelm, stress or anxiety.

We have a wonderful selection of retreats that feature nature focused practices, such as forest bathing, foraging, rewilding, wild swimming and wildlife encounters, whether you're crunching through winter snow or wandering among spring wildflowers.

Danny Shmulevitch is an experienced guide and facilitator whose work invites participants into a quiet, slow rhythm of life - one rooted in the body, nature, and presence. Raised among semi-nomadic tribes in the Sinai Desert, Danny draws from decades of nature-based wisdom and leadership. His deeply transformational retreats are set in the forest in Gloucestershire, England and are centred around deep listening and embodied awareness. Through movement, stillness, breath, and nature connection, Danny supports individuals to return to what is essential within themselves.

Danny’s passion and wisdom are exhilarating, he’s an excellent listener, and you’ll feel safe and held in his company. The pace of his retreats is quiet and unforced, yet deeply transformational.

Our reviewer Carissa Bub told us: ‘I didn’t need to see the magic to feel just how much my heart had expanded over less than 24 hours. I felt connected, not just to every living thing around me, but to galaxies I could not even see.’
