Finished up this week with the most beautiful Reiki Share yesterday and sharing all our feedback today 💜

I absolutely love creating this Reiki community where we come together each month to share, connect, heal, and support one another. So many of my students who started their journey with Reiki have now passed Levels 2 and 3 and become such a special part of the community we’re creating together ✨

The most beautiful thing is that we all learn from each other. Watching everyone step more deeply into their confidence, gifts, intuition, and healing abilities is such a privilege.

I’m now officially finished up for holiday mode ☀️🌊 Time to rest, recharge, and soak up some sunshine. I will be off socials for now while I enjoy some rest and recharge time ✨

I will be at Blessing Tree in Linlithgow at Shining Light Centre on 30th May, talking about all of my offerings and how they can support your wellbeing, healing, and personal growth. Hopefully I’ll see some of you there 💫

I’m also now taking appointments for June, which is already starting to look like an amazing month, with more training and beautiful sessions already coming in ✨

Last night I celebrated Beltane at Duncarron Medieval Village for the very first time and honestly, it was just magical 🔥🌹

Standing by the fire, you could feel it, that deep sense of connection, community, and something ancient awakening within. The energy of renewal, growth and new beginnings was so strong, it really stayed with me.

Beltane always reminds us to honour the turning of the seasons, to reconnect with nature, and to come back to ourselves. And this felt like such a beautiful way to do just that.

Feeling so grateful to have experienced it ✨
Here’s to new beginnings, fresh energy, and everything coming into bloom 🌿

Today we celebrate Beltane 🌿🔥

Beltane comes from an ancient Celtic word often translated as “bright fire” or “fires of Bel,” symbolising light, warmth, and the returning power of the sun.

A beautiful turning point in the year…
A time of growth, abundance, and new beginnings.

Nature is alive, blooming all around us, reminding us that we are always evolving too 💛

Take a moment today to step outside, feel the warmth of the sun, and reconnect with yourself. Set an intention. Breathe it in. Let it grow.
