I’m hosting a workshop on Saturday 7th February at St Stephens hall in Bexhill. The time is 9.30 to 12.30.

The workshop will include yoga practice for different times of the day and evening we will look at the importance of our natural rhythm and how with a few gentle and gradual tweaks we can feel better and sleep better which is fundamental for a healthy nervous system.

Sometimes the hardest part of yoga is to actually get on the mat and make the time. I will show you how we can incorporate yoga, breathing, meditation and relaxation into your day.

This will be a slow and mindful practice that can be adapted to a chair or floor . It won’t be hard to do or complicated.

I have recorded some of the practices for anyone who comes along so that you can continue at home. This will include a yoga nidra practice which is so beneficial for deep rest .

You can book directly or please contact me if you like . https://donnasamsyogacom.live.baluu.co.uk/event/rest-and-restore-finding-calm-amid-holiday-chaos-1761766572

Here are some details of my upcoming Workshop on Saturday 7th Feb.
This is a yoga workshop for wellbeing. I am delighted to be using St Stephens Hall in Bexhill to host this Saturday morning event. It is a warm and accommodating venue. There is ample parking and it's located in a quiet area. I teach there weekly.

We will look at Circadian Rhythm and how with a little adjustment we can enhance our wellbeing. We will look at our own yunique Master Clock and discover what we can do for ourselves.

We will learn some easy bite sized yoga practices to fit in with our own day. We will learn about the power of deep rest through yoga Nidra.

We will learn some simple breathing practices that will help energise us in the morning and calm us in the evening.

I will be giving handouts and you can bring a notebook if you like to jot down what you feel is important to you, I will also be sending all that attend some downloads of the yoga and breathing short practices to keep as a gift from me .

The cost is £40 per person . It will be an accessible practice and with plenty of pauses and discussion to reflect.on the content . It's not going to be information overload but a gentle nurturing reflection. We do everything with kindness and not push ourselves into anything . Change is a gradual process.
