There’s a certain kind of tiredness I’ve been noticing lately.

The kind that doesn’t come from doing too little…
But from doing too much, for too long.

Holding everything together.
Being the one others rely on.
Pushing through when you’re already running on empty.

And somewhere in the middle of all that…
Forgetting what it feels like to actually enjoy your life.

Next week’s Women’s Circle is a gentle invitation to pause and come back to yourself.

Pleasure Without Permission

A space to soften the patterns of over-giving, over-thinking, and always putting yourself last… and begin to reconnect with a way of being that feels more nourishing, more spacious, and more like you.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to settle your body, move into reflection and connection within the circle, and close with a deeply restorative activation meditation flowing into a mini sound bath… all while you remain comfortably supported in your seat.

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just space to exhale.

Your body is tired… but your mind won’t switch off.

You lie down at night and instead of resting, your brain starts going over everything.
The week you’ve just had.
Everything still to do.

Your body is asking for rest… but it doesn’t know how to get there.

That’s exactly why we created Surrounded by Sound.

A deeply immersive experience where you don’t need to talk, think or figure anything out.

You arrive, lie down, and we guide you into a deep, restful state through meditation while offering hands-on Reiki.

Then the sound begins.

Two practitioners.
Two sets of crystal singing bowls.
Gongs, drums, chimes…

All played together, creating a layered sound field that surrounds you from every direction and allows your body to fully let go.

Women who came to the last session said:

“I haven’t slept so well in years.”

We’ve even extended the session slightly this time to allow for a slower, more grounded ending… because everyone was so deeply relaxed last time 😄

I’ve been noticing how much people are craving stillness. A moment to switch off, to stop holding everything together, to just be.

That’s exactly what our Surrounded by Sound Session is all about 🌙✨

On April 12th, we’ll be creating a space at Skoolz Out in Bearsden where you can gently let go, be guided through Reiki meditation and immersed in layers of sound.

This session is something really special as there will be a combination of two practitioners holding the space and creating sound at the same time. This allows for a deeper, more immersive experience, helping you drop even further into rest 🤍

No pressure, no expectations, just space to soften, reset, and breathe 🌿
