Such a gorgeous weekend at .e1 with and the
It meant the world to me to be back on the mat with my dear teacher Sianna Sherman - she is always such a great leader, holding space, beautiful intelligent sequences, elegant pacing and always with a hint of a smile. Practicing yoga alongside my dear friends old and new, students old and new and hanging out together, was so nourishing for my soul.
Feel enlivened, invigorated, and held.

Wow!
17 years ago I gave birth to Gracie, breathing her out in our brand new bathroom! What a way to welcome the year in.
So proud of the young person she’s becoming ❤️
I’m also blown away by the amazing cake her Dad made this music loving teen! Can’t bear to cut into it !

That’s all folks! Wrapped up my 2025 teaching practice with these amazing expectant mothers .

When I was asked to take on this pregnancy yoga class I was hesitant… every Saturday morning??! 🥱
But… I can honestly say this group of students lights up my week and brings me joy so I’m grateful to them and to for the opportunity to share and hold space with them weekly.
