🎤 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!! 🫶🏼

As some of you already know, we have decided to POSTPONE round 2 of Evolve to later on this year! We have listened to your feedback in terms of school holidays & travel plans & have decided that it actually makes much more sense to kick off round 2 after the Summer.

As well as your feedback, both of us have got some pretty exciting business transitions & projects coming up over the coming weeks / months. Everything happens at the right time for a reason, & now we think about it, pushing the next round back a few months means that as your coaches, we can offer you even MORE than we already planned when we work with you!

Everything is always in alignment and working for the greater good, & we know this is the best decision!

As those of you who have paid deposits already know, your spaces have been saved & will automatically be transferred onto the new start date which is going to be in SEPTEMBER - exact date TBC & we will let you know asap. This also means that you have some more time to organise your payment plans between now & then which is always helpful 🤩

As our 12-week wellness programme nears its conclusion, we are thrilled to reflect on the incredible transformations and successes achieved by our amazing ladies. Through a holistic approach encompassing gut health, fitness, mindset, and skincare, we've witnessed firsthand the power of dedicated commitment to self-improvement.

🥦 Gut Health: Our ladies have embraced the importance of nurturing their bodies from the inside out. With our expert guidance, they've experienced relief from digestive issues, increased energy levels, and a newfound appreciation for the connection between diet and overall well-being.

💪 Health and Fitness: Sweat, determination, and perseverance have fueled our participants' fitness journeys. From conquering personal milestones to pushing past perceived limitations, they've emerged stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever before. The gym or online workouts have become a place of empowerment, where each workout is a testament to their resilience and dedication.

As we step into week 3 of Evolve, we wanted to share some of the feedback that we’ve received from our members over the last 2 weeks!

It is amazing to see that our goals & vision of what we wanted to achieve with this programme are already coming into fruition only 2 weeks in from when we started. We are helping these incredible ladies recognise what they are capable of when they put their mind to it & helping them recognise the root causes of their issues, all through a powerful, empowering community 🥺🙏🏼🤩.
