The Nervous System Reset is a monthly space to slow down, regulate, and give your body the conditions it needs to bring its nervous system down a notch.

In a world that constantly pulls us into doing, stimulation and stress, this 90-minute session is designed to support a return to steadiness. Alongside the 90min session expect practical take aways for everyday life.

Each session includes:
• Gentle somatic movement inspired by QiGong
• Breathwork to settle the nervous system
• Deep Yoga Nidra for restorative rest (similar to a guided relaxation)
• Tibetan sound bowls to support integration

Held as a small group so the space feels calm, intentional and unhurried.
