🌀 Thursday 22nd of October Akashic Records reading and a guided meditation to meet your Archetypes. Really deep meditation for spiritually curious and seekers.

Such a full weekend, visiting family around Castle Combe, supporting Jo's Tailored Pilates and Slow Flow Yoga and her lovely group and also my own sound bath groups at The Place Theatre ✨

I got the chance to walk in a new area I hadn’t explored before, connect, enjoy great company and eat some gorgeous food.

On Sunday we had such a powerful full moon energy and the sound baths felt much more intense in a very meaningful way. There were a lot of releases in the room and well done to you for doing all the hard work. Absolute pleasure to connect with you all and an honour to hold space. Thank you all for coming and bringing your beautiful energy🙏

Still smiling after hosting a fabulous retreat at Moreteyne Manor. Beautiful people coming together to relax and enjoy a whole day of self care, through mindful walking, journaling, Pilates, meditation, sound-bowls by Faros Spirit, the most delicious gf and df lunch. Juice shots and herbal teas.
