The 5th and final Release in the Dragon Claw Whiskey Limited Edition Collection.

Matured in a Virgin Mizunara cask for 3 years and 8 months. Hand selected and adorning the Dragon, this Mizunara cask comes from the Ariake Sangyo Cooperage in Miyazaki, Japan. This special cask imparts notes of rich sandalwood, coconut and spice. Complimenting the vanilla and deep caramel of the Dragon Claw Whiskeys first age in ex Bourbon barrels.

The 3 years and 8 months maturation in the Virgin Mizunara allows the special characters of this cask to influence the ex bourbon Barrel Dragon Claw liquid. Not merely resting in the barrel for a short period of time. This is a true Mizunara experience.

This Friday, 27th February, join me and explore the Full Dragon Claw Whiskey Collection. The first time I have done a tasing with the full collection since I founded Dragon Claw Whiskey in 2020
I’ve had to purchase one the Last Bottles of Release 1 I could find from a private collection.
We will also be trying Cask One of my Corn & Rye Liquid aged in Virgin American Oak that is approaching 5 Years!
Even the last sample of New Make from 2021 that the lies at the Heart of Dragon Claw Whiskey will be shared.
