I used to be that person lying awake at 3am, totally stuffed up and breathing through my mouth like it was a workout 😩
Dry throat, zero sleep, and waking up even more exhausted.

The good news? I don’t deal with that anymore.
I found a few simple things that actually helped clear my nasal congestion before bed.

With colds and flu going around recently, many people have been struggling with long-lasting symptoms such as coughing, fever, and nasal congestion. I would love to offer a small helping hand by sharing traditional Chinese moxibustion therapy with anyone who would like to try it and see if it brings them some relief. This is completely free of charge.

Over the past several years, moxibustion has really supported the health of my family and me. I haven’t visited a GP in seven years—not because I didn’t want to, but because appointments were always fully booked. Every time I called early in the morning, I was told that all slots were gone by 9 a.m., so I began doing moxibustion for myself and for my family instead.
