You know how when you add more fuel to the fire, the fire gets bigger and burns brighter? This is what protein does for your metabolism. The more protein you eat, the bigger the burn! We are talking 100-120g daily and YES! This is totally doable! Greek yogurt at breakfast, eggs, nuts for a snack, lean meats for lunch and dinner and a good protein shake. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Listen, GLP-1s are brilliant but they canāt really tell the difference between fat and muscle⦠theyāll take both if you let them. More muscle means you burn more calories while SLEEPING! No gym needed you can start with a can of beans in each hand and do some squats while you wait on the kettle boiling. DONE!
