I have a regular morning dog walk - sometimes I don’t feel like doing it!
Today, as I set off I asked my guide to come forward with words for me 🙌

He said “look around you with the eyes of a young child. They do not say to themselves “this is boring, I’ve been here before😫”
They truly see, they laugh, they run, they get curious!”
