Been a little quiet on socials lately… but here’s a small glimpse into Alex & Mod’s ACL rehab journey 👀⚽️
Alex is now around 8.5 months post-op and progressing into the later-stage rehab phase — currently working on curved running to start bridging the gap into change of direction work. A big step towards getting back to full sport demands!
Mod is about 5–6 months post-op and in the mid-stage of rehab — focusing on straight-line running, building strength, control, and tolerance through the basics before progressing…
This is just a small insight into what a week of ACL rehab can look like. Alongside this there’s plenty of strength work and plyometrics going on behind the scenes that you don’t always see.
Different stages, same mindset — consistent work, patience, and trusting the process every step of the way 💪
