I was told “you have issues on your spine and can’t run anymore for a couple of weeks/months”
I was sad 😞
But, why would I? There are so many things we can do to move that does not damage the spine. It is all about getting used to it and changing the routine.
I am lucky enough to be close to the London Aquatics Centre in . The day pass is more than affordable and it is the most spectacular swimming pool I had ever seen.
🏊♀️ is tough, I feel weak, and I am not that good, but it makes me feel good, even if I swim slowly and for 10 minutes.
There is always another option to move. To feel free. Nothing can stop us if we are willing to move.
