Reflexology has many benefits but I think my favourite is the instant calming and balancing effects it gives my clients.

There are many signs a reflexologist sees when working on your feet:
A tummy rumble to show the parasympathetic nervous system has engaged.
A deep breath that shows the upper body has relaxed.
Rhythmical breathing to show deep relaxation and the body bringing in natural healing (or sleep!)
Clicks, crunches and pops that show the systems coming back into alignment.

It's a wonderful feeling for a reflexologist to feel you relax and take in the natural healing.

Quick update...
Year one of college is coming to an end... it's been tough, a lot of work, even more reflection and holding up a mirror to myself.
But I'm here, I've survived!😂
It's on to placement for a year now and back to college in September!
In the meantime, I'm looking forward to spending some time with my eldest (just finishing his GCSEs!), getting some crystal training in, attending some reiki shares and promoting my business more!☺️

Life is fast paced and full of worries these days. We all lack time and patience and the capacity to just sit and plan our day, month or year out!
Having holistic therapy regularly helps you take life down a notch and gives you the space to reflect, think and plan.

You get so used to the pace of everything that you stop questioning it.
Always on the go, always thinking about the next thing… just getting through it.

And then you lie down for reflexology and realise - oh.
I haven’t actually stopped in a while.

It’s not dramatic or life-changing in a big flashy way.
It’s just a quiet pause. A bit of space. A chance for your body to catch up.
