What I couldn’t put into words, I began putting into colours, textures and creations. 🎨🤎

But expression isn’t just about what I create with my hands.

It’s also in the way I dress, the colours I wear, the things I imagine and the freedom to be unapologetically myself.

I’ve come to realise that we all have our own unique ways of expressing who we are.

Using gemstones, art and mindful creativity, each session is designed to give you space to create with meaning, express yourself and reflect on your own journey.

This Wednesday, 30 September, our Power in Pieces participants will be transforming these simple materials into their very own gemstone Tree of Life — created slowly, mindfully and piece by piece. 💎

And this is the part I’m really looking forward to… everyone gets to choose their own gemstone. 😍

I can’t wait to see which stones they’re drawn to and how completely different every tree looks by the end.

Because even when we begin with the same materials, no two creations — or journeys — are ever quite the same. 💛
