I hear this every single week in my clinic. πβ
"My doctor said I have diabetes so I stopped eating all fruit."
This is one of the biggest myths in diabetes management β and it's causing people to miss out on vital nutrients.

π Apples β fine in moderation
π Grapes & mango β eat smaller portions
π Banana β choose smaller, less ripe ones
It's not about avoiding fruit.
