✨ Chakra Calm – Candlelit Sound Healing ✨

Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and step into a peaceful space of calm, relaxation and gentle healing.

Join us for an evening designed to help you relax, release and restore balance. Surrounded by soft candlelight and soothing sounds, you will be guided into a deeply restful state where the body and mind can truly let go.

We will begin the evening by settling in with a gentle guided visualisation meditation, helping you to relax and arrive fully in the moment.

This will be followed by one hour of immersive sound healing using:

🔹 Shamanic drum
🔹 Crystal harp

Allow the vibrations to wash over you, calming the nervous system and creating space to relax, heal and let go.
