Spring is a time for renewal. I'm renewing my invitation to students for my Mindfulness for Inner Peace course. The 7-week course will be held at Sacred Life in Bidford. I am accepting voluntary donations to cover the costs of printed materials and room hire. Classes will run weekly on Tuesdays starting on 6th May and finishing on 17th June. Class times are 7:15pm until 9:45pm. Maximum enrolment is 10 students. Please either send me a private message or an email at [email protected] to secure your place.

More details of the course are now available. Having now fully costed the course, I am happy to announce that I am dropping the course price. For those of you struggling to make ends meet, please don't be put off. I've been there myself. I am happy to discuss flexible payment options. The course is priced for five students.
