I'm Sophie :) I've been practicing yoga for 6 years, I trained in Rishikesh in India in 2017 & 2019 and with Commune Yoga online in 2020. Even with this much training I still feel like a new student daily and continue to learn. Teaching yoga helps me work towards a better version of myself and in doing that, I help others feel healthier and more confident in their bodies and more connected.

When life gets flipped turned upside down. Quite literally.

Thank god for Handstands! Feeling so much better upside down lately.

The challenge of consistency continues… 🦋

Catching some handstands after class which felt a little longer!

After teaching 3 dynamic classes last week, practicing at home and strength training I was feeling strong! I love this time of year when spring is approaching because everything feels like it’s sort of falling back into place. 💐

I hope this lady doesn’t mind me posting this but it made me smile. 🤸🏼‍♀️✨💕
