Who Do You Wish to Become?
Most people focus on what they want to achieve:
✔️ Lose weight
✔️ Have more energy
✔️ Feel more confident
✔️ Get fitter and healthier
But what if the real question isn’t “What do I want to achieve?” but “Who do I want to become?”
Who is the type of person that gets the results you want?
