Taking that step back into group can be hard. I know I have done it many times - even moved to a different group because I felt embarrassed that I’d put all the weight back on, plus a bit more😔.

The door to my group will always be open AND there will always be a warm welcome without any judgement, just support and understanding of just how difficult it can be🥰.
