☀️ Flourish & Grow – Summer Netwalk Series ☀️

After a wonderful final Spring Netwalk with 8 fantastic ladies, I’m delighted to announce our Summer Series.

Nature is now in full bloom. The seeds planted in spring are growing, flourishing and becoming visible. Summer invites us to notice what’s thriving, where we’re growing, and what we’d like to nurture further.

Join us for three gentle walk-and-talk sessions in beautiful countryside around Cleobury Mortimer: No charge

And that’s a wrap for the Spring series of the Net-walks

I started this up as a pilot to see if there would be any interest and there has been.

I wanted to bring inspiring like minded women together that just needed a space to reconnect, build new relationships, have some level of accountability-I feel that has happened

A fabulous group of ladies of varying ages and stages in life. All inspiring in their own ways with their own journeys.

One lovely comment which makes it all worth while, brought a little tear

Today is World Environment Day

How fitting that we’re gathering for our Ladies Netwalk today also

Spending time outdoors reminds me that looking after the environment doesn’t always have to be about grand gestures. Sometimes it starts with simply noticing, appreciating and connecting with the natural world around us.

Whether it’s picking up litter, reducing waste, planting something for pollinators, walking instead of driving, or just taking a moment to appreciate nature, small actions can make a difference.

What is one thing you can do today to help our environment?

I’d love to hear your ideas.

June reflection reminder

Personally my big reflective thoughts are;

5 years at Lifetime today - a great move
4 years in Cleobury Mortimer- another great move

Committed to get my website under construction thanks to Laura
Started my ladies Netwalk group
Registered Macc Coaching on a few member pages
Collaborations with .halliday.3914 on some creative coaching ideas 💡
Worked with some inspiring clients

Consistently worked on living heavy S**T
Back on the analogue bikes confirming I can still climb hills without a battery
Cold plunging or cold showering consistently also
Consistently monitoring my diet to eat as healthily as possible for me.

Reflecting on how amazing my kids are in achieving their own goals and watching my grandson grow up.

I’m sure there are many more thoughts for my reflections, which will come to me

As we reach the halfway point of the year, this month is an invitation to pause, look back and notice how far you’ve come.

A year of intentional change - energy well spent

June | Reflect

Since January, we’ve explored themes of Restore, Grounded, Awaken, Flourish and Grow. Like the changing seasons, each month has invited us to notice something different about ourselves and the world around us.

When water is still, it reflects what’s already there.

Reflection can be much the same.

It’s an opportunity to step back from the busyness of life and look again at what has unfolded over the past six months.

What have you achieved that you haven’t stopped to acknowledge?

What have you learned about yourself?

What challenges have helped you grow?

What do you want to carry with you into the second half of the year?

Sometimes we don’t need to push forward.

Sometimes we simply need to pause long enough to see how far we’ve already come.

There’s something about a good storm, isn’t there?

The build-up. The noise. The release.

Last night’s thunderstorm felt like nature doing what it does best — clearing the air, shifting the pressure, and making space for calm again.

And afterwards?
Personally, I had the deepest sleep.
A reset.

Sometimes we need that too.

Not to avoid the storm, but to let it move through us. To stop holding everything so tightly. To clear the mental clutter, release the tension, and come back feeling lighter and clearer.

Nature reminds us that storms don’t last forever.
They pass.
The air changes.
And often, things feel calmer afterwards.
