Hi all,

As of the 27th of February, I am going to be teaching mindfulness lessons.
Practising mindfulness helped me through one of the toughest years of my life. Working for Derby and Burton NHS Trust during the pandemic led to me contracting Covid. Little did I know at the time that it would be a little over 11 months before I returned to work and over a year before I could return to working normal shifts on the ward.
Mindfulness helped me through some of my toughest days and helped me to appreciate so much even during those times. It helped me to build resilience that I will always be grateful for.
I know we have all been through a lot, I also know that life can be difficult, stressful, and challenging, but it is also wonderful and amazing, mindfulness helps us to deal with the one and to fully appreciate the other.
I would encourage and invite you to join me on one of my courses. If you wish to know more, please just message me, I'll always be happy to answer any questions.
